Parkview Manor is a classic building located within the
Culture Center Area co-owned by the residents, members of the Condominium
Association.
Condominium Profile
The Parkview Manor Building was built in the 1940's as a luxury apartment complex. The building was changed into a condominium soon after and continues to provide residents of Flint with the opportunity to own their own apartment today.
The Association is managed by Cummings Property Management, a professional management company with 35 years of service in Flint and the surrounding area.

The Parkview Manor Board of Directors:
The Association is governed by a Board comprised entirely of Co-Owners. The Board of Directors consists of five members, elected for two year terms. The term of office rotates to ensure that an experienced member is on the Board at all times. The Board has the responsibility to institute guidelines that are in the best interest of the majority of the Association members and can be overridden by Association members. The Board is responsible for the management of the Association and the maintenance of the building.
